What we collect
- Your name and email address, so the run can be linked to your purchase.
- Your answers to the five questions, and the skill and agent the tool writes for you.
Please describe your process, not your data. Don't enter customer names, personal data or confidential information in your answers.
Why
To deliver what you bought (performance of a contract), and so Vincent can answer questions about your kit. Your answers are not used to train AI models and you are not added to any newsletter by using this tool.
Who processes it
- Vercel runs this page, in its Frankfurt (EU) region.
- OpenRouter sends your answers to an AI model to write your skill. Requests only go to providers that do not store or train on prompts (zero data retention). OpenRouter and the model provider may process your answers outside the EU, including in the United States.
- Resend emails a copy of your answers and result to Vincent.
Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on the providers' safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
The tool itself stores nothing: your kit only exists in your browser until you download it. The copy emailed to Vincent is kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to vincent@unmuteme.eu. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
